• Job Details:• Putting standards for paint in all sections according to ASTM and according to type of paint manufactured and its usage. • Checking customer complaints and respond on it according to each case and its possible reasons. • Review and compilation of project quality documentation, ensuring appropriate Standards are adhered. • Provide root cause analysis to non-confirming products. • Provide guidance for formulating and implementing appropriate corrective / preventive actions. • Provide comparison between our products and our competitors and manipulate new formulations to overcome our competitors with reduced cost.

Quality control and R&D manager Full Time

• Job Details:• Taking the responsibility of supervising ten chemists having different responsibilities. • Putting standards for paint in all sections according to ASTM and according to type of paint manufactured and its usage. • Checking customer complaints and respond on it according to each case and its possible reasons. • Review and compilation of project quality documentation, ensuring appropriate Standards are adhered. • Provide root cause analysis to non-confirming products. • Provide guidance for formulating and implementing appropriate corrective / preventive actions. • Provide comparison between our products and our competitors and manipulate new formulations to overcome our competitors with reduced cost. • Provide comparison between used raw materials in production and new samples from different companies from all over the world and its applicability to be used or not with the consideration of cost in formula. • Review the QMS amendments / new documents prior to release. • Teaching new comer chemists till they be able to take their roles. • Taking the responsibility of Production manager in additional to my original responsibilities for one month in every year and this is the period while the production manager travel for leave as one month to his country. • Making sure that all chemists are working according to the right procedure and the final products is passing through all the quality tests and with the defined specification. • Making sure that all supplied materials are under desired specification. • Provide company holder with the required work site reports. • Taking work experience along with all kind of construction paints, emulsion&oil; paints, decorative&texture; paints, putty paints,wood paints, car paints, tile adhesives&Grout; for tiles.
