• Job Details:Positions 2012 Unit Managing Director 2006 ENR/ECM Customer Director 2003 BD & Sales Manager 2001 Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities • Full management tasks, P&L responsibilities for 250 HC unit • Following the different teams i.e. BD/Sales, Projects execution, Finance, HR, and Admin. teams • Define the proper strategies for pricing, margins in accordance with company guidelines • Close monitoring to orders intake, Sales, Margins, and cash flow, apply relevant KPI’s on monthly basis • Leading the internal interface towards the clients at top levels, and chairmen • Representing the Unit at Regional level, continuous interface at Central management level abroad, thru reporting, conference calls, and regular meetings
