• Job Details:1-Export : Booking containers with shipping lines , follow up loading process from pack house to the port of loading until received Bill of lading . Negotiation with Shipping Lines Communication (connects with peers, subordinates and customers. Clearly and effectively, share information and all updates of documents and vessel situation with the clients. Follow up the process of issuing Export and shipping Documents for sea and air shipments with our agents and brokers. Tracking the documents & vessels arrivals and departure time in order to keep the clients updated by any changes. Follow up on the part of Quarantine with concerned parts for all sea shipments Preparing Logistics plan weekly by loading dates and volumes, share it with the agents and shipping lines in order to arrange our requirements. Preparing weekly report by actual shipments, which arrived to the POD and estimated shipments supposed to be arrive in the same week. Preparing the loading plan report of each day. Preparing rates sheet every week by updates ocean freight, airfreight, trucking rates & shipping charges. Responsible of receiving all closed form 13 from the broker. Negotiating with insurance agents in order to offer us the best rates. Negotiating with the shipping lines or the agents in order to offer us the best rates and serves for all shipments to several destinations. Arrange with warehouse shipping dates and warehouse stock every day in order to arrange how many containers we can load daily to avoid the over load on warehouse capacity. Improve the way of reporting matters , problems & obstacles by available quick solution. Review all agents and shipping lines invoices. 2-Import : Issue Purchasing orders to the suppliers Extract import permits. Documentation. Follow-up Shipments till Arrival to Egyptian port. Distribution of shipments to the different stations.
