• Job Details:Working through the team on built community from the first step by ensuring handing over units from the Project Manager with highest quality as agreed by following-up our snag list during handing over. Delivering units to clients in a respectful way and help them for finishing and moving-in smoothly. Facilitate the way of bringing a sustainability life to the community and following-up all FM sectors (MEP – Landscape – Housekeeping – Pest Control – Security) to improve the community. Responsible for FM in Four communities (Tag Sultan – Taj City Zone T – SARAI S1 – Primera) with total units more than 5500 unit. Represent the company with all services provider.
