Logistics and Supply Chain Customer Service CoordinatorFull Time

• Job Details:• Custom Clearance & Transportation Supervisor Booking shipments with shipping lines • Coordinating between customers & shipping lines locally & overseas. • Coordinating between CEVA Logistics offices handling shipments till its arrival at port of destination invoicing local/overseas customers. • Coordinate & direct client to correct procedures & needed documentation required to clear shipment from customs, and highlight any special approvals in clearance process. • Follow up custom clearance process daily with IBA’s brokers. • Handle customer's requests & objections by providing the customer with answers, solutions, & support & reports (daily & monthly) • Checking clients’ payment balance according to the due date stated in contract should report any discrepancies in the workflow to the customer service manager in the right time.

Shipping Officer and Customs Clearance SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Track the Shipment Coordinate procedures & needed documentation required to clear shipment from customs, and highlight any special approvals in clearance process. • Follow up custom clearance process daily with customer service • Completing any procedures related to the shipment release it after • Checking clients’ payment balance according to the due date stated in contract should report any discrepancies in the workflow to the customer service manager in the right time.
