• Job Details:- Advises and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies. - Delivers powerful Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) capabilities, including Sales Distribution, Material Management, Human Resource, and Project System, Finance and Controlling Fleet Management and flexible customization objects. - Lead project building meetings to include information for: schedules, data requirements, and resource assignments. - Support managers in business process improvements, implementing best practices and fully utilizing ERP system capabilities. - Evaluating and recommend process and solutions changes, process improvements and preparing a formal business case for application upgrades with justifications. - Acting as a single point of contact and collaborate with implementation team of SAP Business Intelligence BI platform. - Performing SAP ERP upgrades of below landscapes Lead project team in blueprinting sessions and develop future-state enterprise information architecture for SAP ERP upgrade and project preparation. - Resolving 2nd level support issues logged with the Support Centre within SLA timeframes – specifically investigating issues, identifying cause, designing and implementing solutions. - Handling daily issues, background jobs, transports, scheduling analyzing the failed jobs at OS and SAP level. - Ensuring compliance to security policies, procedures and control set through Solution Manager. - Lead role for SAP upgrade project from SAP Human Resources to SAP Human Capital Management. - Lead role for SAP upgrade project from SAP Material Management to SAP ARIBA – Procurement Solution. - Perform complex ERP administration tasks as per agreed ERP best practices. - Responsible for maintenance, support and enhancements of respective module and its integration with other modules. - Prepare and record important documents in relations to RFP, sourcing, tendering and purchasing processes so as to ensure consistency of information across the department. - Adhere to processes and control adopted by the team (Change Management, Audit, etc.). - Confirms architecture capability and flexibility by developing analytical models; completing validation tests. - Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders. - Conduct routine periodic activities in ERP system to provide supporting information for organization and management.
