            • Job Details:1- Customer care • Responding to customer's inquiries face to face about rescheduling their levels and putting it off, by telling them all the related procedures. • Listening to students inquiries. • Explaining our training programs to new clients face to face or on the phone. • Making notes about all the remarkable phone calls in a report and attaching it in the daily mail to the training management. • Answering the phone calls and trying to solve the problems. • Following the students' cases through the phone or by sending Messages. • Receiving the placement test reservations by phone and entering them to the system. • Giving the registration form to the new clients. • Explaining the application and the rules of the academy to new clients. 2- placement test • Attaching the test bubbles sheet to the application. • Explaining the placement test to the students inside the class. • Playing the listening test for them after an hour. • Guiding them to the oral test room. • Saving the tests sheets in a safe place until marking them later. • Making sure that the result is ready in max 3 days. 3- Training coordinating • taking the attendance of the classes • Handing the attendance and the progress sheet to the trainers, then taking it back from their hands and putting it back to sheets file and then back to the folder. • Entering the attendance of the classes to the system. • Monitoring the training process and reporting any problem to the management. • Participating in improving the training process by discussing the problems with the direct manager and searching for solutions. • Making sure to announce all the students about the renewing date and any kind of important events inside the academy. 4- Supplying • Taking over the monthly and the weekly books and CDs inventory. • Calculating the required supplies for the round. • Burning the required CDs for the round. • Preparing books and CDs to deliver them to students after they enter their class. • Making sure that all the students have received the books and paid the fees. • Entering the delivered books to the system. • Preparing the exams sheets and delivering them to the trainers attached to the progress sheet. 5- Cash • Receiving cash from students after giving them receipts and applying the change to their accounting information. • Printing or writing a report about the cash process during the shift 6- Exams • Making sure that the Exams have been marked and entering the results to the system. • Correcting placement test exams. • Marking individual levels' exams. • Registering individual exams results in the system in the sheet (individual exams). 7- Survey • Preparing organized reports about the group's surveys • Linking the reports to the system. 8- Daily reporting • Preparing a daily report about all what happened during the shift in details, and attaching all the remarkable cases and problems in an email to the management. • Making notes on Trello about all the remarkable cases. • Following the cases until being solved
