• Job Details:- Technical Team Leader for any new Project. - Liaise and support the marketing and sales activities cycle (prospecting to project delivery). - Meet with prospect customers, analyze and document their business requirements. - Prepare and present demos to customers based on their requirements. - Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied. - Implement and parameterize the Facilities Management System structure and processes. - Identify and recommend product parameterization, enhancements or work-around solutions. - Develop / Modify reports and interfaces. - Provide customer on-site and remote support. - System and Network Infrastructure and Architecture. - Provide presentation & orientations for Microsoft SharePoint and Database related Technologies for potential and current customers.
