• Job Details:1. Network administrator for the Equinox HQ office. 2. Provide the first line support for all equinox customer’s by taking technical issues complaints whether by phone or by mail. 3. Troubleshoot, resolve configuration issues, and collect INFO regarding the customer issues whether by a visit or by doing a remote session. 4. Isolate customer issues and handle escalation to the appropriate team. 5. Update the trouble ticketing system based on customer complaints and troubleshooting steps performed to solve the issue. 6. Monitor, Manage, And update Equinox CISCO account by opening and tracking service requests with CISCO-TAC, handling RMA requests for different customers, Associating contract numbers to Equinox account. 7. I’ve involved in some of implementation projects with different teams such as (R&S,Wireless, and Security). 8. Preparing and handling Project documentations (LLD, NIP, HLD, NRFU). 9. Hands-on experience such as Install, configure, implement, and upgrade different networking devices such as Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless LAN Controllers, Access Points and Firewalls (ASA, Fortigate). 10. Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot fortigate firewall.
