• Job Details:Job Title : IT Manager Employer: FSC www.FSC-Egypt.com http://www.Ezicard.net From: January 2013 – Present Financial Services Company (FSC), an Egyptian Joint Stock Company, is a pioneer and market leader providing state-of-the-art retail based field services to retailers and financial services industry at large in Egypt. • Manage the team of IT resources • Ensure delivery of the value added services for merchants. • Ensure cardholders satisfaction and manage issuance cycle “in-post and out-post”. • Direct and manage the e-business services of e-Zi. • Mange implementation of business processes across the departments. • Oversee the technical roll out for new merchants • Release periodic reports for merchants based on the merchant transactions data available at e-Zi database. • Lead and monitor the delivery of merchants value added services (sending e-mail shots and SMS for targeted cardholders as agreed with merchants). • Review and monitor the transactions data to ensure the accuracy. • Provide analysis about merchant’s transactions and cardholders’ related information. • Lead merchants’ technical training on system and e-Zi tools (POS) usage. • Develop plans and programs that meet corporate e-business strategy. • Oversee e-business support operations. • Manage Website implementation project • Create weekly team schedules to ensure appropriate coverage of work activities • Monitor and manage the processing environment to ensure hardware and application capacity and performance. • Plan and execute adjustments to the processing hardware and application environments to ensure capacity in line with projected volume growth • Ensure processing environment availability and uptime to meet with “Service Level” requirements • Supervise FSC internal help desk

Projects ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Manage Day-To-Day Operations cycle. •Define project scope, goals and deliverables for Bank connectivity to the EG-ACH Egypt Automated Clearing House in Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. •Creates and executes IT projects work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. •Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. •Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. •Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. •Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes Where necessary. •Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. •Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. •Track project milestones and deliverables. •Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. •Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. •Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. •Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties Throughout project life cycle. •Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
