  • Job Details:Updating the employees' database for the whole company • Handling the employee records • Handling the filling system • Handling all related tasks to social Insurance with forms number 1, 2 & 6 • Handle the employees inquires regarding the labor law and the company's policy • Attendance management keeping records for the weekly attendance & calculate the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves and overtime hours • Employee relations dealing with employees complaints and inquiries • Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees • Updating the vacations balance for the employees • Collecting the documents related to the holiday balance • (annual and casual vacations forms- sick leaves ,forms) and keeping a record of all the related documents • Other tasks might be added related to HR Department • Ensure that all needed tools for new joiner is ready in place before joining date. • Communicate joining dates, positions and needed tools to concerned departments to start on preparing for onboarding (Email, Laptop, Software, Desk, Sim Card, Business Cars, Uniform, etc...) • Ensuring payroll calculation compliance with policies, procedures, and governmental laws • (tax law, social insurance law)
