• Job Details:Oversees the scheduling, incoming quality control, production operations, quality assurance, engineering, maintenance, equipment validation, and training, investigations of non-conformities, laboratory testing contacts, and product release. Works closely with Validations management, Technology Center, other support departments during implementation process of new equipment With the supervisors reporting to this position, as well as the support departments throughout the plant, I must establish goals for each aspect of the operation, and then develop and implement efficient methods and processes to meet those goals. Coach, train and develop the team to improve their skills, teamwork, and ability to make industry leading, highest quality for the fabricated products. Understand the technical aspects of your production operation and troubleshoot equipment, process flow, and product issues. Develop key performance indicators and measure production results to identify ways to improve product quality, process deviation, scrap rates, labor utilization, regulatory compliance and product yields to reduce bottlenecks and work-in-progress and ensure timely production and resource allocation.

Process EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Manufacturing Engineer supporting the daily process engineering needs of our production of Stainless steel products. Responsible for ensuring operation and upgrading strategic manufacturing processes, which produce kitchen. Design and execute experiments to understand key variables between material, process, tooling and equipment. provide technical support to maintain, repair and/or replace equipment and tooling, as well as, modify existing production equipment to improve both reliability and functionality. In addition, you will help drive engineering activities for new products. You’ll support prototype development runs and drive commercialization of new processes and tooling while utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods to minimize waste and maximize efficiencies. .
