• Job Details:Supervise Daily Accounting Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the accounting team, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Review Financial Transactions: Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, classified, and approved in compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Review and analyze project costs and monitor financial performance. Month-End and Year-End Closing: Coordinate and review monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting via Odoo Maintain Accounting Records: Monitor and maintain accurate and complete accounting records and documentation for audit and internal control purposes. Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records via Odoo Support Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist the finance manager in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Liaise with Auditors: Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations. Team Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance; ensure the team adheres to deadlines and financial procedures. Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate financial reports to management as required. ensuring accuracy in financial reporting,tax and regulatory standards, and timely execution of accounting processes for using Odoo System System Improvements: Recommend and implement improvements in accounting systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Senior GL AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in journal entries and post in the general ledger and the correct cost and profit centers. Analyzing and classification of costs to provide management with reports that compare factors that affect to actual costs. Check the accuracy of invoices, payments of the company in the system, such as deferrals, accruals, and reclassification Spot and correct errors in journal entries, documents and reports with internal accounting policies and accepted accounting standards. Cooperate between internal departments to analyze, maintain the Chart of Accounts ensuring adequate and proper classification among accounts’ groups Prepare a trial balance to assist and manage profit/loss statements and balance sheets according to schedule. Analyze Accounting Payable , Receivable and summarize financial status, Prepare detailed reports on financial results and internal operations. Responsible for month-end and year-end close process in the ERP.

Senior Logistics AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Monthly accounting, analysis and reporting of Logistics expenses. • Audit of balance sheet accounts relating to Logistics, Prepare and post month end journal entries. • Checking of shipments’ status with the shipping lines and Produce the monthly logistics report for each project. • Revise Shipping Documents (such as invoices, purchase orders, packing lists, else) and Performing other Logistics duties as requested. • Plan shipments based on product availability, customer requests and Track orders to ensure timely deliveries. • Preparing the information for the multi-annual project, this involves drawing up an overall reconciliation of logistic costs for the year.
