• Job Details:Conducting a site survey, converting surveying to 2D drawings, making all executive drawings to work with on site, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, overseeing construction sites to ensure designs are implemented correctly, conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing project timelines and budgets, communicating with clients regarding project progress and updates, optimizing site operations by implementing effective scheduling and resource allocation strategies, reducing costs by carefully evaluating materials and suppliers, delivering high-quality results by enforcing strict adherence to design specifications, monitoring project progress closely, establishing strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, communicating effectively with clients throughout each phase of the project lifecycle, collaborating with architects and designers to develop practical solutions for complex engineering challenges, facilitating smooth handovers by thoroughly documenting all relevant information related to completed projects, leading diverse teams of engineers, technicians, and laborers, enhancing project efficiency by streamlining communication between team members and stakeholders, recording daily events and activities in site diary to evaluate process and improve productivity, checking technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards, handing over the site to the customer after receiving all items.
