Utilize asset management software (e.g., Snipe-IT) to track hardware inventory, maintenance schedules, and depreciation. - Deploy and manage physical/virtual servers (VMware ESXi), including domain control, file/print services, antivirus, SAP environments (DEV/QAS/PRD), and Wi-Fi management. - Configure and maintain FortiGate firewall, dual internet lines (load-balanced), and high-availability network infrastructure. - Manage core/distribution switches, structured cabling, and rack installations across multiple floors. - Serve as Project Manager for SAP ERP implementation (ECC, ISH, ISHMed, S/4HANA), ensuring UAT completion and on-time go-live. - Oversee third-party software integrations: o PACS system (radiology-SAP workflow) o Laboratory Management System (SAP/SMS/web portal integration) o E-Invoice, Q-System (queue management), Call Center, and POS systems - Implement centralized NAS backups (Veeam) and multi-layered backup strategies. - Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection (Bitdefender Cloud), network traffic filtering (FortiGate policies), and compliance with healthcare data security standards. - Administer CCTV systems NVR configuration, and coordination with the Security Manager.
