Arranging both in-house &external events. *As a Documents Controller: 1. Ensure that all documents are submitted to their predestinated departments before the required submission date expires. 2. The preparation of the documents in a timely manner. 3. Keep s track of all records by looking through both hard files and computer data base files on regular basis. 4. Checking for files name ,error, making sure all documents follow company policy guidelines and achieving files &record correctly. 5. Keeping track of any changes occurring with these documents and highlighting any type of documents modifications so that these changes can be viewed by upper management personnel's. *IT Department: 1. I was mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. 2. Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. 3. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. 4. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. 5. Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. 6. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. 7. Testing and evaluating new technology. 8. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment

        Achievements

        We are so proud to made a new department for all the company documents in the past the company didn’t have such a department so in order to accomplish a single task it was taking a very long time in some cases a week to be accomplished because you have to search for the documents over three different departments that the task needs to be completed now the biggest normal it just takes almost 3 hours. We are so happy that we made something that helps the company for saving time and efforts.
