1. Fully understand Schlumberger Driving policy, Journey Management concept, Locations, Journey Management plans, Hazard Analysis/Risk Control and Road Hazard Analysis.

2. Ensuring full compliance by all segments to the defined GJMC process flow requirements and that only safe and necessary journeys are approved/conducted throughout the GJMC area of coverage.

3. Process a thorough understanding of the various system tools and operational procedures utilized within the GJMC (QUEST, eJourney, etc).

4. Enter the required data into the defined GJMC IT system’s ensuring accuracy and completeness of all entries.

5. Conduct all clients defined and required safety performance, driver certification and security checks as part of the Journey Management approval process.

6. Track all Journeys in real-time through telephone, In Vehicle Monitoring System and any other related application that may come into future.

7. Continuous monitoring of journeys progress to quickly identify incident or hazardous condition (ex: overdue journeys, Journey extended to include night driving without exemption, unreachable Journey emergency, etc).

8. Monitor Road and weather condition dynamic changes and act according to defined response process.

9. Coordinate emergency lost person Emergency Response Plan with location in charge.

10. Support field personnel in any situation of emergency

11. Ensure timely response to all lines of inquiry via web, outlook and telephone and other communication tools.
