Account ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Fully responsible for achieving the monthly sales targets by account.  Manage an average of 30 Special Markets customers.  Negotiate contract agreements with key customers.  Manage the execution of promotions and new products introductions.  Report competitor activities to unit manager.  Ensure customers pay on the required payment dates (as per terms of payment agreement).  Ensure complete sales orders are delivered to his accounts on the required delivery dates with the required quantities.  Responsible for increasing range of products used by each account (Vertical Growth) as per must stock list.  Suggest ideas and programs to develop current business with key customers. Responsible for monthly/weekly sales forecast for dry & chilled products for customers under his territory.  Lead all the Collection proves with the Customers.  Makes business reviews monthly.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Manage all factory technical change and development ensuring performance, cost, safety and quality targets are met. - Work with the Factory Leadership team and deliver excellent service in supporting production, maintenance and technical improvements across production lines. - Lead focused improvement activities and deliver agreed results in conjunction with the site TPM master plan. - In conjunction with the site TPM leadership team, implement monthly reviews to evaluate progress against TPM master plan. - Build effective relationships with Manufacturing and Production Leaders to aid identification of key improvement areas across production lines.
