• Job Details:Responsible of building the Equipment & Maintenance Department infrastructure as it’s manager. Responsible of studying the company needs for new equipment and the selection with coordination with the operation and procurement departments. Responsible to receive the new equipment, its commissioning, and any coordination with the agents. Responsible of hiring and training of the new equipment operators. Responsible of preparing and following the regular maintenance schedule. Responsible of issuing the equipment with its operator to the projects to fulfill operation needs and follow up with the operating hours weekly, the maintenance and cost allocation. Responsible of Assets Control, maintaining maintenance budget and converting the department in a separate Business unit from the projects.

• Job Details:Overall ownership, operations execution, and project leadership for over 200 Mega Generators.  Support Power House Operation Director on business development plans.  Ensure compliance with all customers, internal and external, and contract requirements.  Interface and manage projects as necessary with the marketing, sales, planning, operations, quality, and engineering teams.  Drive for excellence in the key areas of cost control, Environmental Health and Safety standards, LEAN and Quality, and overall productivity.  Provide effective team leadership to enhance cost-effectiveness and create a lean, consistent and effective workforce.  Identify local service opportunities.  Maintain compliance with Power House policies and quality initiatives.  Interface with Customers regarding work in progress, service offerings, and other service-related activities.  Maintain positive and constructive union/employee relations.  P&L responsibility

EMR Group Manager [Equipment, Maintenance & Repair Manager]Full Time

• Job Details: Working as the main Maintenance Planner to develop the maintenance infrastructure for 6 companies {ATEB GS, ATEB Ltd., Orient, Swift Power, EGYPT Reefer, and QTI}.  Responsible for 4 main maintenance units of the 6 companies covering over 14 sites located around Egypt {Alex, Damietta, Port Said, Sokhna, Cairo, Benisuef, Qantara, Owenat}. o Responsible for the maintenance of over than 400 Gensets as Preventive maintenance, Periodical Maintenance, Breakdowns, Overhauling and Technical Desk. o Responsible for the maintenance of more than 20 Heavy Equipment under the service of global customers such as {Agility, Samsung, 4PL, … etc.}. o Responsible for the maintenance of over than 30 mega generators & construction heavy equipment rented under the service of big customers such as {Orascom, Orasquallia, ACCM, … etc.] o Responsible for the maintenance & renovation of used generators & equipment imported to be selling in company Showroom {Swift Power}. o Responsible for the maintenance of all location support equipment {Facilities, Forklifts, Handlers, Cranes, Vehicles, Tractor heads, … etc.]  Helping in Coordination between Departments {EMR, Financial, Warehouses, Purchasing and Administration}.
