Leadership and solving problems as I was working in Xceed contact center as a team leader in AUC Fund Phonathon, we have a specific target for our client we should meet the target at the end of month my team consists of 10 people, we have issue in the target it was at last days of month and every day we go far from target, I tried so hard to work on my team as I discovered some of them were depressed and they were not efficient in their work, I tried to motivate them by many methods and some of these method work plus getting so close to my team, appreciate, care, feedback and track them was the golden method that made us to succeed and meet our target at the deadline it is really a great victory and success when we worked as a team all together.
