Implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal control. • Capability to collect data, analyze, present appropriately, developing and creating reporting. • Fraud detection techniques and investigative skills.  Professional Qualifications: • Well-defined and strong background in FMCG company regulatory compliance. • Exceptional grasp of procedures, regulations, guidelines, laws and policies governing the auto sales operations. • Exceptional presentation, execution, and organizational skills. • Highly proficient in regulatory software such as Oracle. • Proficient at collecting and reporting data.  Responsibilities: • Reviewing and enforce compliance with standards or regulations "Law" imposed by professional organizations ,State or even a company’s internal guidelines. • Auditing in areas of accounting, finance, information technology or security. (Checklist Methodology) • Perform compliance audit and ensure adherence to all internal operation and evaluate all procedures to maintain accuracy with all internal standards. • Job Duties • Conduct audits • Participating in both external and internal audits as necessary. This will include reviewing records, reports, software and any other relevant programs and activities affected by regulations. Following an audit, makes recommended changes to procedures or practices that are not in compliance with stated regulations and help to implement a plan to address such changes. • Identify Risks • Analyze potential risks within specific areas of a company in order to avoid compliance issues. This might include reviewing risk assessment studies conducted by government agencies and professional organizations to gauge the possible risk potential of the company they are working for.
