• Job Details:Project: Uptown Cairo Residential Compound by Emaar • Conduct a comprehensive cost comparison for contractors' offers • Review and analyze the bill of quantities (BOQ) as required. • Prepare Change Requests and Variation Orders to meet project requirements • Prepare Interim Payment Certificates for Purchase Orders • Coordinate between contractors and the Project Manager ensuring project progress • Prepare and distribute transmittals to the owner, consultants, and contractors • Follow up on all correspondence related to the above responsibilities
