• Job Details:Seconded for Six years to Petroceltic International PLC (Melrose Resources PLC before merging). o Major role in executing six main projects for the development of four new fields. o Developed cost estimate data base for budgetary purposes. o Responsible for issuing tender documents SOW and preforming technical & commercial evaluation activities for process packages, line pipes & fittings. o Follow up construction work & evaluate it to ensure they are suitably incorporated and initiate corrective actions in case of project cost overrun or behind schedule. o Provided support in construction & commissioning phases. o Review and endorse contract payment and variations and forward to higher authority for approvals. o Assist in creating the project hand over plan. o Benchmark mechanical design and identify areas of improvement and develop related lessons learned after the completion of each project.

Project EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:o Mechanical engineering duties related to drawings review & material specifications to ensure statutory requirements, laws, rules, regulations and other contractual requirements. With due regards to safety, operability and maintainability. o Co-Operate with Operations in developing their plans for facilities/pipelines integration management in addition to ensuring readiness for commissioning and handover. o Ensure that alternate designs or changes are economical, operable and meet safety, maintenance and schedule requirements. o Participate in HAZOP & key design reviews in addition follow up on engineering-related actions related to risk response plan. o Responsible for preparing detailed descriptions & specifications of line pipes & fittings all its related accessories. o Attend HP vessels ASME certifications and Workshop FAT tests to witness the quality and to review schedule performance against contract timescale.
