Production Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Lead production and operations for two key technologies at Symrise#3 site, Dry Mix and Liquid Mix across three shifts per technology. Manage internal warehouses and material stocks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage and control in-process quality and on-time delivery for both technologies to meet the target RFT%. Oversee a workforce of 100+ employees to ensure efficient production planning and execution, assess staffing and skill requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality, safety, and productivity. Drive adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety standards and Symrise global standards and audits. Achieve 98% adherence to production targets. Minimize material waste to 0.5% MUV. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Drive continuous improvement through autonomous maintenance initiatives. Participate in customer audits and work on the audit’s findings, work on the customer complaints and set actions to address the needs. Support new product trials and industrial testing of raw materials and packaging. Reporting to the Operations Manager, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term business goals

Production Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Manage three production lines with around 2 million pouches production per day. Collaborate with other functions i.e. Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics and Commercial, to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity and reliability. Set and agree on annual CAPEX with involved departments. Monitor and control OPEX to meet the targets. Achieve 98% plan adherence for assigned lines. Monitor and control line’s waste to achieve 0.5% waste and 0.5% MUV. Ensure health and safety regulations are met. Monitor and control production parameters to meet 95% of Know-how audits. Report to Factory Manager and supervise junior engineers. Follow up autonomous maintenance activities and communicate with involved departments for best added value. Participate in installment of new production lines, conducting line’s trial and industrial tests of new types of packaging materials, raw materials and finished products. Assess manufacturing operations staffing and skill requirements. Develop plans to address needs.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Lead the Shift to manufacture the planned volumes and driving day-to-day Cell (Processing Area) operational performance, including KPIs for Safety and Quality. • Implementation of the weekly production plan. • Overcoming production related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions and other avoidable delays where possible and plan to reduce their impact on the operation. • Prepare all production reports and follow the production KPIs with clear action plans. • Work on reducing machine stoppage due to any process issues. • Ensure the implementation of all Food Safety, GMP’s and HACCP processes and procedures in the day to day operations. • Ensure all quality parameters are met, and that out of specification is analyzed and reduced by addressing root cause. • Interacting among different departments e.g. the day to day maintenance, quality, safety, planning and administration. • Enforce the use of all safety procedures to reduce accidents and incidents to an absolute minimum by developing work procedures that adhere to safety and environmental cleanliness principles
