Prepare the required analysis & supporting documents to the external & internal auditors, and clarify their inquiries/questions. Resolve misunderstanding and/or conflict (if any). Take corrective action. • Handle Tax Audit (Corporate, Payroll, VAT, Stamp & WHT). Keep following up with the tax authority & tax consultant the corporate inspection process in different tax inspection aspects & fields and provide them with the required supporting documents to cover their inquiries as to get the best possible results. • Keep local books updated and in line with KN manuals, guidelines & local country regulations. • Oversee treasury process & manage the existing credit facility. • Strictly adhere to all QSHE directives (incl. Code of Conduct, Ethical Behaviour, FCPA etc.).
