• Job Details:- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project, prepares reports for upper management regarding status of projects . - Developing, implementing and maintaining policies and standards to continuously improve organizational IT efficiency, conducting gap analysis and enabling the management to use advanced planning and business intelligence features . - Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery / stakeholder management, post implementation review and project close out / handover . - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the PMO, support project leaders, develop detailed master plan for projects, track projects’ milestones, develop monthly projects’ progress reports, and resolve and escalate issues. - Define scope, goals and deliverables for each project that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. - Experience on e-government projects in Saudi Arabia . - ERP & CRM & GRP (.Net) & SharePoint Applications .
