Warehouse Supervisor Full Time

• Job Details:• Follow up all the branches performance ( Fayoum – Tanash – Oboure ) • Ensure that qualities of the items are done in accordance with “G.S.P”. • Grantee all the food safety recommendations while storing. • Prepare the finished goods orders to sales force. • Monitor all the transactions for the warehouses (receiving, transferring, dispensing and rejected). • Participate with the sales & planning to put the monthly forecast. • Produce a monthly and weekly review of all transactions before the monthly closing. • Prepare sales orders for (Direct Sales, Whole sales, Organised Trade, Free Samples & Promotion materials). • Ensure that blindly check is actually done before delivering. • Monitor returned, Expired, damaged goods & destruct them. • Ensure that destruction is done according to E.H.S recommendations. • Improve the idea of living safety in all warehouses according to E.H.S policy. • Ensure that all machines and warehouse facilities are working perfectly and solve all the Issues with the other departments. • Monitor WH performance and improve all kind of services. • Cascade the information of “one team” to achieve all the plans. • Plant the idea of “be responsible” to make new leaders.
