• Job Details:• Responsible for Mercedes Benz (GLS & GLE) mechanical assembly line. • Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. • Lead and support technicians to achieve our monthly and annually targets • Liaise and communicate with other departments (Quality, Engineering and Supply chain) to ensure achieving our production plan with required specifications. • Ensure product and process quality meets (MB) specifications required. • Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. • Analyzing all faults of production and making recommendations for improvement. • Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are achieved by technicians. • Support and lead process improvement activities. • Achieve goals within budget. • Contribute to continuous improvement activities. • Report daily downtime report and possible trends.

Senior Service AdvisorFull Time

• Job Details: Handling CPA customer complaints.  Receiving VIP customers.  Preparing heavy repairs quotations.  Assisting junior engineers on applying operation regarding GM standards.  Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way  Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer  Analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands  Monthly meeting with top management to discuss weakness points and set action plan for improvement.

Service AdvisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments • Cataloging customers concerns and comments • Writing service orders and description of problems and repairs • Translating customers repair problem into standard repair terminology • Explaining repair to customers • Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protection • Using your knowledge of product and services to upselling available parts and service to customers • Estimating the cost and time needed to repair • Handling customer complaint • Follow up with workshop engineer for each vehicle repairs • Liaising with work shop engineer about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed • Confirm all repairs before delivering vehicle to customers • Follow up with customers after receiving their vehicles
