• Job Details:Our new project in Nahda, Sharjah, Our scope is design and supervision for all the project works. The project is described as A Residential commercial building includes (GF+5 Podium floors+18 typical floors) Our project in Deira,Dubai. It is a 5 stars hotel includes (2 Basements+GF+MF+12 typical floods). Our scope is design and supervision for all the project life cycle with high quality work procedures which ensure a high level of product as a 5 stars hotel. Supervising the civil construction project works in accordance to contract drawings, specifications and standards. -Estimating quantities of materials required, plan construction activities, co-ordinate the supply of labors, materials and maintain safety. -Providing solutions at problem times. -Supervising and monitor the site activities force through Supervisors, foreman -monitoring the work of any subcontractors to complete the work as per customer's satisfaction. -Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered. -Planning & Project coordinating to complete the Project in the Schedule time. -Drawings & specification packages to Sub vendors to finalize for required activities. -Attending weekly meetings with consultants, Client & sub-contractor to discuss any adherence in the progress of projects. -Preparation of Variation Orders for changes in the contract scope reporting to quantity surveyor. - Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. - Preparing reports as required. - In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
