• Job Details:-Track the updated ocean freight with shipping leader. -Participate in selecting Freight Forwarding Companies by monitoring freight tender. -Provide primary and final shipping declaration to Freight Forwarding company once shipping leader confirm. -Coordinate with free zone Custom Team to ensure matching all required data in order to avoid any discrepancies. -Act as a direct point of contact with planning department to check stock availability (order readiness to dispatch). -Calculate, account and provide information about the shipments statistics ; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge ….etc. -Arrange with WH team for loading dates as per schedule of dispatch and priorities. -Follow dispatch with WH team evaluate with all sections each export operation as per agreed KPIs -Receive the freight forwarders invoices and handle it to finance for payment. -Follow up with the finance department payments requests related to Freight Forwarding CO. & couriers . -Revise and modify the Bills of lading details and type of release.
