• Job Details:- Accounts Payable (A/P) Management: I manage the full A/P cycle, ensuring invoices and expense reports are accurate and compliant with company policies. - Expense Management: I review operational and administrative expenses, ensuring costs align with budget expectations. - Bank Reconciliation Support: I review cheques and transfers for shipping lines to assist with bank reconciliation. - Taxation Compliance: I prepare monthly VAT reports, quarterly Withholding Tax reports, and handle tax inspections with the Egyptian Tax Authority. - Electronic Invoicing: I issue and upload electronic invoices daily, ensuring all client data is accurate and timely. - Accounts Receivable: I send agent statements and ensure a minimum collection rate of 80% during netting processes. - Expense Categorization: I review and categorize general expenses, comparing them to the budget for accruals and prepaid classifications. - Cash & Bank Reporting: I send weekly statements detailing the company’s cash and bank balances. - Monthly Closing: I collaborate with the financial manager to review and finalize monthly closing reports.
