• Job Details:- Designing different kind of hookups for Completion, utilizing all Baker oil tools equipment. - Running all Baker Oil Tools completion equipment & Accessories. - Running all Competitors (Halliburton, Camco & Weatherford) completion equipment. - Redressing all Baker Oil Tools completion equipment & Setting tool. - Technical support in sales and service. - Field Support Engineering Team. - Run gravel pack packers , tools & screen ( direct pack screen )& Run upper completion ( British Gas deep water ). - Preparing and Running completion jobs in Egypt for British Gas ( Deep Water), RWE, Shell, Eni, BP and outside the region for SASOL (Mozambique 2 Years project), PETRO CANAD (Syria 1 year project), SHELL (Syria 3 year project), LUKOIL (Russia), TOTAL (Yemen) - last 3 years worked as completion Supervisor in Deep Water project for British Gas running IPS (smart completion) about prepared& collect all completion equipment, arrange it, sent it to torque in Baker Hughes torque machine, sent it Offshore Rig, responsible about the yard of chrome Tubing , measuring it, Collect it in Frames, sent to the Rig Site and Finally going to offshore to run the completion as a completion supervisor with my team of IPS gauges. - Familiar with all Rig types onshore or offshore (Land Rigs, Jack Up Rigs, Semi-sub rigs, Drilling Ships, etc.) - Working in Sand Control Product Lines especially in the Data Acquisition. - Involved in different type of Sand Control Product Line such as Gravel Pack, High Rate Water Pack and Frack Pack in Open Hole and Cased Hole. - Run & Maintain all of the Baker Hughes pumps. - Learned how to Run the Frack Pack Blender and how to Program its Software. - Worked in a great deep water project with high pressure high temperature GAS wells. - Working in the different types and sizes of the Gravel Pack Tools.
