Quality Assurance SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Maintaining warranty database, monitoring, preliminary investigation and resolution of market place claims.  Support the quality initiatives to improve platforms quality with enterprise support (Product Engineering, SQE, Plant, Aftersales and other functional areas)  Lead problem solving activities with the customer, plants and product engineering.  Report to management on the warranty program results and recovery action plan.  Coordinate the meeting Current Product Improvement Process (CPIP) for local platforms  Develop & maintains product quality standards database.  Assist with provision of periodic reports on the quality management system and project performance indicators and trends.  Ensure applicability of current quality policies, procedures and objectives by keeping informed of the latest updates/ modifications related to ISO quality systems.  Provision of direction, guidance, support and development of a quality culture in other departments, inclusive of the training of site staff on the quality System and objectives.

Quality Management SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for setting yearly quality objectives and key performance indicators.  Conduct audits, including closing out audit findings, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.  Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments.  Create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, etc.  Assist quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system.  Review quality system procedures and change notices.  Quality education (Plan / Actual).  Manage the continuous quality training, assessment and human factors of the staff.  Prepare daily, weekly, monthly quality reports & monitor KPIs for continual improvement.  Providing progress reports of analysis as well as a final written report of analysis and findings.
