• Job Details:Manage and oversee the entire accounting team. Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date. Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled. Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy. Advise business owners and individuals regarding the tax code. Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers. Detect and address potential compliance issues proactively. Uphold the excellent reputation of our firm. Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals. Report directly to the managing manager.

Accounting ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take. • Maintain the financial health of the organization. • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans. • Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction. • Reviewing Checks, transfers, and other payments to vendors. • Report monthly, quarterly and annual actuals and support monthly operating reviews. • Managing the company’s P&L and working in close collaboration with other functions with the organization. • Help in achieving timely and accurate statutory and tax filing of the entity.
