- Job Details:►Strategic business partner: - Participate in decision making as a member of CLT (Company leadership team). - Participate in formulating Company long-term, short-term objectives, Mission, vision and core values. - Formulate annually HR strategy and trends include (Manpower, Succession, promotion, T&D, Engagement). - Set yearly budget for HR & Administration department and work with all concerned departments to achieve it. ►Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition: - Set the annual manpower budgets for divisions and departments. - Monitor& track the Recruitment Department productivity levels and Control the recruitment cost. - Headhunt and initial interview with Managerial level. - Develop orientation program and strength EVP and Employer branding. - Come up with programs to support staff engagement and talents Acquisition. - Measured the labor turnover, analyzed the reasons behind and take corrective actions. ►Organization Development (OD): - Draw up the organization structures for divisions and departments as per hierarchy and authority matrix that help Company to achieve its business goals. - Create, review and develop all the organizational development functions which include (job analysis, job description, and .. etc). - Create and manage the competency mapping framework and skills inventory. - Monitor Performance Management System (PMS) implementation, support and come up with final recommendations and analysis along with TNAs. - Work closely with senior management to develop and implement training and development (T&D) programs, furthermore new employee orientation, or on boarding, and management development. - Define the organizational behavior, and culture and describe its common characteristics (Managing all the processes of the changing the organization's culture). ►Total Reward: - Establish strategic pay plans. Annual updating of the salary grading / structure, and the employee's compensations and benefits (Pay for performance system and financial incentives). - Manage reward survey and develop alternative benchmarking options. - Manage the compensation and benefits program in term of job evaluation, grading levels and salary structure. ►Policies & Procedures: - Develop methods to improve the Employee handbook, code of conduct, HR Manual, HR & Administration Policies, HR SOP’s, SLA and recommend changes to management. ►Personnel & Payroll: - Manage Payroll administration activities for the smooth running of payroll process. - Full supervision on personnel division and Manage the internal and external audit. - Develop and maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization. - Manage Administration department and all the facilities in the (HO and branches). ►HR Management Reporting: - Contribute to the development and utilization of HR management reporting cycle. - Take part in HRMIS projects (Odoo).
