• Job Details:Responsible for: • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information. • Handle all Insurance Documents (1,6 Form). • Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new hire onboarding Process. • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization. • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws. • Administer health and life insurance programs. • Opening Bank accounts for the employees. • Working on ERP System (View Soft Integrated Solutions). • Attendance for Employees and manage leaves and excuses for employees. • Managing, handling and solving the problems for the employees.
