• Job Details:- I work on dynamic simulations and calculations using the Simdrive software on a daily basis. - The scope of the dynamic simulations is to find the best type of tensioners on a belt drive (FEAD systems) that matches the customer’s requirements and is of a best performance possible. - Minimizing the tensions and hub forces of the components used in the system and decreasing the transversal vibrations help in reducing the power loss of the tensioners and of the system itself, thus leading to the optimization of the FEAD system. - Worked on projects for Renault trucks, Volvo Trucks, Hyundai and Ford where I aimed in finding the best type of tensioners as a solution for the FEAD beltdrive system.

• Job Details:-Comparing different competitive products through precision measurements and analysis. - I developed the Analogues Huygens Pendulum test rig and validated its proper function by ensuring repeatability and reliability of measured data using Gauge R&R study. The test rig is characterized as a cost effective and fast way to measure various types of chains used in automobiles industry.
