• Job Details:Stimulating continuous standardization and optimization of processes and organizational structures and implementing corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager. - Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces. - developing and Issuing Cockpit commercial reports on fixed time basis and communicating results with stakeholders Using Power BI. Sales Volume budget versus actual Sales Revenues budget versus actual Contribution Margin budget versus actual Over-dues Quota actual Days payable outstanding Sourcing savings - Attending monthly sales meeting, recommending corrective actions in cases of unfavorable deviations and following up on progress. - Attending sourcing monthly meeting, agreeing on corrective actions in cases of unfavorable deviations and following up on progress. - Defining and proposing control KPIs (recognizing trends, planned/current deviations etc.), as well as deriving possible optimization measures and examining their success. - Supporting and assisting in the annual planning of the defined functional areas. - Establishing and further developing calculation and control systems. - Conducting any other tasks in area of responsibility as assigned by the direct manager.

• Job Details:- Developing the accounting strategy (General and evaluation guidelines for the area of responsibility) - Maintaining ledgers by verifying the posted transactions. - Reporting GR/IR Accounts. - Reporting Purchasing Exp. - Reporting Clearance Exp. - Reporting Inter-company Transactions. - Reporting Down payment. - Reporting Goods in Transit. - Follow up and Report Export Subsidy. - Maintaining an Asset register and all its related Transactions. - Develop and present the monthly reporting package - Assist in the year end closing by dealing with the External Audit Team (PWC) - Responsible for the monthly closing and all its related transactions. - Calculate and Post Year end provisions depends on the company policies
