• Job Details:Ensure applicant’s files are in line with AAIB approved checklist  Providing support, direction, credit information, and loan policies and procedures to ensure the overall quality of AAIB’s mortgage finance portfolio.  Check and review all loans and make sure it is in line with bank’s policy.  Review complementary information (I-score, CBE, contact point verification)  Approve loan requests that meet AAIB’s credit policy & CBE initiative for low & middle income mortgage finance or contact SBO to rectify defaults.  Reject loans that contradict & does not match with policy and mortgage finance law.  Manage client’s loan applications on MFF system (approval, rejection & amendments)  Follow up pending cases with other departments or external parties (LOB, legal, MFF, insurance company)  Ensure that AAIB and CBE regulations regarding mortgage finance initiative are implemented correctly.  Monitoring MFF system for new received cases  Monitoring MFF system for allocated units for approved applicants to send them to legal department for legal documents preparation.
