• Job Details:- Implementation and follow-up of quality assurance and continuity activities in schools community schools. - Follow up and Implementation of capacity building activities for workers in grassroots associations, workers in the Directorate of Education and education teams in communities. - Implementing visits to private sector companies to provide job opportunities for women graduates from adult education classes and following up on these opportunities. - Direct coordination with Directorate of Education, Adult Education Authority branch, private sector companies and people interested in education to ensure the implementation of project activities with high quality and efficiency. - Document field success stories, experiences and lessons learned. - Develop and implement project-specific monitoring tools and procedures in line with Save the Children’s standards and guidelines. - Collect and document qualitative data according to the MEAL plan. - Collect and support the analysis of quantitative data according to the MEAL plan. - Ensure quality data collection from the field. - Provide feedback to the MEAL Specialist and Project Managers on project progress, activities and beneficiary complaints.

• Job Details:- Assist Governorate Officer in coordination between government agencies such as the Directorate of Social Solidarity, the Directorate of Education and the private sector to follow up and ensure the implementation of community initiatives - Formation and follow-up (communication tree) in the targeted areas between civil society organizations and the public and private sectors to facilitate cooperation between community initiatives - Follow up and Implementation of capacity building activities for workers in the pivotal and grassroots associations - Document field success stories, experiences and lessons learned - Develop project monitoring plan (PMP) of the projects in line with project and consulting with program teams and partners. - Coordinate with Implementing Partners (IPs) for collecting data against agreed indicators. - Provide feedback to partners and program teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings. - Regular data collection through implementing partners and ensures quality of the data by random verifications and validations. - Establishing monitoring and evaluation system in partners.
