- Job Details:- Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations effectively to provide proactive HR support to employees and HR team members - Process, verify, and maintain employees’ records physically and electronically - Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities by governmental entities. - Preparing social insurance required documents for staff members and for the organization including Form 1, Form 2, and Form 6. - Respond to employees’ queries promptly to relevant HR requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees. Conduct all contract renewals process. - Prepare the monthly reports for the payroll team including new hires, new resignations, and any salary effects. - Assists with processing terminations and separation by managing the clerical requirement for offboarding process. - Issue HR documents such as employment contracts, contract renewal forms, probation period forms, and HR letters. - Responsible for governmental and labor office-related transactions/physical audits. - conduct and track all company's monthly and yearly payments required by governmental entities. - Responsible for vacation and attendance system management. - Issue medical addition and cancellation requests
