• Job Details:• Supervision of site works in accordance with the project specifications, method statements, quality plan, approved and valid construction drawings and instructions given by the Construction Manager. • Organize manpower with foremen, including equipment and materials to achieve the required progress within quality requirements. • Supervise the activities of foremen, trade foremen, and land surveyors, each according to his assigned duties and responsibilities. • Produce daily reports, detailed in a way to show quantities executed, allocated labor force, and locations as required. • Comply with the agreed daily, weekly program issued by the Construction Manager, and addressing all encountered/preventive problems with him. • Ensure that only the approved materials, latest valid issued drawings, and method statements are in use. • Ensure that coordination of any work with other job sections is met. • Control and record effectively and accurately in my scope/section the materials used, its consumption, overtimes, power tools and equipment. • Take particular care for safety aspects and the adequacy of used equipment and tools to perform work processes.
