• Job Details: Managing all the service & parts related operations.  Preparing the mobile equipment's annual budget and spare parts procurement plan including the following:  Periodic maintenance requirements.  Planned major overhauls.  Consumables requirements.  Expected parts.  Workshops' special tools requirements.  Managing the equipment monthly reports analysis in order to improve the equipment availability & production with the lowest cost possible.  Planning for the new machines' requirements.  Preparing the commercial & technical studies related to the new mobile equipment required by the present or the future projects.  Managing the commercial & technical studies for the equipment & spare parts quotations.  Following up with the sites service section heads.  Ensure effective development of materials and human resource for optimum performance.  Develop internal safety rules and regulations and ensure compliance.  Inspect and clarify the quality of technician’s repairs before release to the plant.
