Monitoring the daily operations and supervise solving problems to adjust any deviations may happened during charging and discharging process. Analyzes the annual plan for all sectors to forecasting the actual consumption by : Review plans from all sectors and its analyses then comparing it with previous Years. Supervise the monthly feeding plans updates in case of changing the nutrition and convert them into quantities and financial value Review the dispatching plans and the distribution of production requirements Controls the stock levels of all sector to ensure the optimal uses of the Dina Farms resources by: Reviewing and submitting all sectors purchasing orders based on warehouse levels and demand variables. Ensuring that the purchase request is included in the annual plan. Identifying and solving the problems that may face the company such as lack of supply in the market or high price by speeding up orders, the redistribution of existing stock, change the plan or select the alternatives after coordinating with the technical sector. Coordinate with planning and other sectors to the ROPs & set the levels of safe limit. Review the consumption analysis of the stock to indicate the reasons of the increase or decrease the inventory levels, Plans update and compare the actual consumption Vs. planned. Participating in the coding of production tools on the system of stores (ERP) to ensure that no contradiction in the technical specification of each component. Monitoring the balances of raw materials in warehouses and reports their validity for a period of time based on actual consumption.
