• Job Details:Responsible for the overall project management of assigned projects for all market segments for all offers, promotions, bundles, price changes, throughout the design, implementation, delivery & launch to ensure the project is completed on budget and on time, thus driving the business performance. §  Develop optimum solutions for offers & promotions that positively affect towards the increase of acquisitions, revenue and market share of different market segments, with the least possible development time & cost. §  Interface with business owners to ensure concept development fulfils overall marketing requirements and objectives are achieved. §  Create a schedule and timeline for the project and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate resources. §  Prepare and maintain the project plan and monitor the progress of the overall consolidated project tasks to achieve on-time deliveries of different segments projects. §  Anticipate and resolve issues, problems, bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts that rise during the project implementation. §  Establish meetings with market development teams during the concept initiation phase of any promotion/ services to ensure overall project implementation objectives and scope are achieved. §  Manage project resources planning during the project life cycle. §  Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. §  Maintain continuous communication with cross functional teams and conduct regular project meetings with the project team members from project inception to implementation and till commercial launch & closure. §   Lead and support the project team all the way to completion and even after. §  Find solution for any emerged problems after launch and report it to top management.
