• Job Details:- Manage assets and maintain all club facilities at optimum operating level such as works (mechanical, electrical, civil, cleaning and security). - Managing risks and achieving the highest efficiency and lowest cost. - Create, modify, and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all site equipment according to OEM standards. - Planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance and creating a comprehensive weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plan. - Work to meet the requirements of the club management and the Ministry of Sports and reach quality standards as quickly as possible. - Managing a staff of engineers, supervisors, and technicians and maintaining smooth handover between shifts. - Quickly respond to emergency malfunctions and work to take countermeasures to prevent them from recurring. - Organizing maintenance schedules, issuing work orders and monthly inventory using the Man Win Win program.

• Job Details:- Enforce safety standards in line with company policy and government regulation. - Use the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS – IFS 10) to serve all maintenance procedures like workorders, spare parts and preventive maintenance. - Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications. - Completion of planned and corrective maintenance at specified times without disrupting the Operations Department. - Knowledge of relevant mechanical, pneumatic, and electronics engineering systems. - Handling over and continued jobs to the next shift clearly and smoothly. - initiate periodic and random inspections in various stages of work.
