E-commerce Delivery ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:o Established the delivery team for Raneen.com to deliver all shipments in Cairo and Giza. o Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation. o Keep track of quality, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. o Set new processes and plans to ensure the quality of service is more effective. o Resolve any arising problems or complaints, and plan to avoid the complaints before happen. o Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. o Improvement of the employee's performance and training them to be ready to handle any situation. o Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Cairo Operations ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:o Supervise all Cairo branches and check the daily productivity for each branch and give advice in case the branch has an issue. o Lead, motivate and support a large team from the operations, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all members and solve all their problems. o Achieve the productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent service. o Work closely with other departments to make sure activities remain compliant. o Resolve issues for the shipments on the spot to avoid any complaint before happen. o Oversee materials and inventory management. o Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed. o Report to management on activities and issues.
