• Job Details:-Check the raw materials to determine its acceptance or refusal. - Follow-up of food storage, its validity and appropriate temperatures to store it. - Follow-up to prepare raw materials for processing, cleansing and cleaning operations. - Follow-up of personal hygiene for staff and availability of cleaning and sterilization materials. - Ensure the cleanliness of tools used in food preparation and cleaning of food preparation places and can dine. - All records are performed by operations per day.
