• Job Details:Managing and monitoring mega projects in Power Generation Business Unit. • The running projects are: ➢ 650 MW BOO Wind Power Project ➢ 500 KV HVDC Interconnection between Saudi Arabia and Egypt • Main responsibilities: • Prepare & Supervise master/baseline schedule for the project. • Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports. • Preparation of look-ahead schedules & carry out the schedule risk analysis and advise action plan to mitigate the delays. • Conduct regular site visits to ensure implementation of progress required as planned. • Alarming the project managers and resolve issues related to progress slippage. • Ensure proper correction in project schedule in case of change order & its impact in overall project schedule. • Work closely with project managers in project co-ordination and control. • Periodically preparation of progress variance report.

• Job Details:• Managing and monitoring mega projects in Africa remotely from Cairo's shared service center (back office). • The running selective projects are: ➢ Novotel and Adagio Hotel ➢ Baobab (Mixed Used Hotel) ➢ Laguna Bay – Residential project • Main responsibilities • Organizing and scheduling work as per contract stipulations. • Continuously monitor the programmes prepared to accurately reflect progress and maintain accurate earned value. • Identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented. • Accurate reporting on Work Package progress, ensure that problems and bottlenecks are anticipated and resolved. • Provide regular reports and feedback to management on key issues and focus areas. This includes weekly/monthly dashboards, incorporating (but not limited to) Project Issues, Key Risks, Programme movement and recovery plans, Client Issues and Change. • Manage the resource allocation and forecasting across a portfolio of work in order that scenarios can be run to facilitate a clear long-term recruitment/training strategy. • Lead the preparation of any high-level strategic programmes as required for use when meeting the Client and/or Internal Management (Plan on a Page). • Expert in claims & EOT, Selects the most appropriate delay analysis technique.

PMO ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities: Creating baseline schedules for the entire projects. Bi-weekly updates with narrative progress reports. Creating Cost control system and procedures on every items on the projects. Monitoring the cash flow periodically. Cost control reports including the earned value management and forecasting. Our Projects: 1-90 Avenue Compound (5th settlement) - 4 phases. 2-Capital East (40 Residential Standalone buildings) 3- Fantasia Resort (Ras Sedr) - 2 Phases
