• Job Details:- Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting all MS Windows 10 laptops. - Managing and monitoring all 4 wireless nanostations. - Handling requests related to ERP system (El Motammem). - Performing daily backup to ERP databases. - Performing daily health check on all services including servers, printers, internet connectivity and PTZ live streaming camera. - Managing all Kaspersky services in the cloud including security reports, creating/deleting accounts and licenses. - Managing email accounts hosted on Go Daddy hosting service. - Managing attendance service (Bio Star) including creating/deleting accounts, reporting and troubleshooting punching issues. - Managing three Xerox Workcenter printers including vendor, supplies and web administration. - Monitoring and troubleshooting (with assist of the vendor) all issues regarding the Call Center services from reporting, connectivity and client setup. - Full administration of Sophos Firewall XG125 including firmware upgrade, monitoring services, threats and firewall policies.
